Judith Pintar es una escritora, sociólogo, músico, compositora, artista de la programación, autora del juego de simulacion CosmoServe.
Pintar fué conocida a nivel internacional durante la década de 1980 como interprete de arpa y escritora. Ella es la autora junto con el psicologo Steven J. Lynn, de la aclamada obra de ficcion, Hypnosis: A brief history.
En la década de 1980 Judith Pintar fué Uno de los primeros músicos que grabaron para el sello Narada, Pintar lanzó tres grabaciones de música original para arpa celta en su filial Sona Gaia, Secrets from the Stone (1984), Changes like the Moon (1987) y At Last the Wind (1990). Sus composiciones también fueron incluidas en varias compilaciones de Narada.

 Judith Pintar – At Last The Wind (1990) 

At Last The Wind es un ambicioso álbum de Judith Pintar, en el que fusiona música y mitología. El álbum consta de tres ciclos de canciones: "The Hunting Of The Unicorn", "At Last The Wind" y "The Wedding Of Psyche And Eros". Cada una de ellas recibe largas notas de Pintar, escritas en una poesía de prosa atractiva como una forma de atraer al oyente a su mundo de magia y mito. Su alegre arpa celta esta acompañada por violín, guitarra, violonchelo, bajo y toques de percusión para producir esta música elegante y evocadora. Esto parece ser un intento sincero y exitoso de sacar el arpa celta del modo de escucha fácil y de volver a invertirlo con el poder y la magia que una vez sostuvo en su tierra natal.
